John founded Neubert Painting in 1975. He has both grad and post-grad degrees from Cleveland State University. John has spent over 40 years in the residential painting industry, and hopes to continue on this path, in the direction of growth and success.
Matt Buchwald, Operations Manager

Ryan Kraus, Operations Manager
Ryan has been with us since 2000. He manages our warranty and continuing maintenance program as well as a few of our wood painting crews. He is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University.
Judi O’Malley, Office Manager
Judi has been with the company for over 30 years, and is a graduate of Cleveland State University.
Holly Neubert, Office Co-Manager
Holly is a graduate of Cleveland State University. She and her husband John have been in this business since 1975.

Natale is a graduate of Cleveland State and has been with Neubert Painting since 2006.
