We wanted to have the exterior of our house re-stained and called Neubert painting for an estimate. Mr. Neubert arrived as scheduled, spent time understanding the job, and provided the estimate. Once we agreed to it, the whole job went like clock work. We were told a carpenter would come out and repair certain areas as needed. He arrived as scheduled and did great work. After the carpenter left, a team arrived to high pressure wash the house to get all the loose bits of stain off. Then the painting team arrived - three young men who were all amazing. One of the three was the team lead and he ALWAYS told us when they'd arrive and what they'd be doing. All of them were respectful in every way with us and our property, worked hard and were quiet. They did an excellent job. I should also mention they also were here during some very hot, humid 90 degree days and they never complained and never slacked off. It was a pleasure having them here for five days. Only the best contractors tell you what to expect and then deliver on the promise. I consider Neubert Painting to be one of the best.

John Neubert stated (in the sales process) that they were the best at delivering a 90% job and that no one can attain a 100%. He was being modest. The team had a 99% delivery rating and followed through on the 1% immediately. The price they quoted was honored and the team's attention to detail was outstanding. The lines of responsibilities were established early and preparation on both sides of the contract made this a very good project above and beyond expectations. There are other painters out there that quoted less but also offered less. If you are looking for a complete house painting job that includes soffits, gutters, siding and window frames without regrets.....hire them. You will rest easier knowing that the company you hired is going to follow through and do an excellent job.
