Our warranty program may be the most progressive in the industry, and our survey program accurately measures customer response and links paychecks directly to customer satisfaction. Our dedication to our customers has certainly paid off. More than 40% of our current business is repeat business. Another 25% is generated by customer referrals.
Our commitment to the environment
At Neubert Painting we take our environmental responsibilities seriously. All solvent-based paints pose a threat to the world around us and are labeled hazardous by the Environmental Protection Agency. Neubert Painting is registered with the EPA and is legally authorized to dispose of hazardous wastes at EPA approved facilities.
